2 men rob Ripona Market at gunpoint Monday night

RIPON - Two men - 18 to 20 years old - robbed the Ripona Market Monday night at gun point.  Ripon Police said the duo demanded cash from the clerk at about 10 p.m. and fled the store in the 200 block of Washington Street with money and merchandise.  The gunmen reportedly encountered two customers about to enter the store and took their wallets at gunpoint.  Lt. Ed Ormonde said the two men fled the area in a dark colored Honda after attempting to conceal their identities. The first suspect stood about 5-foot-6 inches and weighed an estimated 200 pounds. The second suspect was estimated to be 5-foot-8 inches and weighed about 175 pounds.
